Editorial policy

How Flowmatix writes, sources, reviews and corrects its content.

Flowmatix publishes articles, guides, glossary definitions and service pages to help business owners make better decisions about websites, marketing, software and AI. This policy explains how that content is created and maintained.

Who writes our content

Content is produced by the Flowmatix team. We use AI tools to help research and draft, and every page is reviewed and edited by a person before and after publication for accuracy, clarity and usefulness.

Sources and figures

When we quote market prices, statistics or third-party claims, we link to the source and describe ranges as indicative. Where reliable figures aren't available, we explain what drives a cost rather than inventing numbers. We never publish fabricated reviews, testimonials, client results or partnerships.

Pricing information

Flowmatix doesn't publish a price list for its own services. Personalised quotes come from our quote builder and are confirmed in a written proposal.

Legal, financial and health topics

Articles touching on law (for example CASL or accessibility rules), finance or health are general information, not professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.

Updates and corrections

We review key pages regularly and show a last-updated date. If you spot an error, email hello@flowmatix.ca — we aim to correct factual errors within five business days and note significant corrections on the page.

Independence

We don't accept payment for placement or reviews in our content. When we mention tools or platforms, it's because we use or recommend them for the situation described.
