A steady flow of reviews, without the awkward ask
Most happy customers would leave a review if someone asked at the right moment and made it easy. Most businesses never ask, or ask once and forget. The result is a profile with a handful of old reviews, while the one angry customer who went looking for a place to vent sits near the top.
Automated review requests fix the timing. After each job or purchase, the customer gets a short text or email with a direct link to your Google or Facebook review page. One polite reminder follows, and then the messages stop.
Hear about problems early, and reply to everything
Some customers will be unhappy, and it is better to hear it directly. The request flow includes a private feedback option, so a customer with a complaint can reach you and give you the chance to put things right. Every customer still gets the public review link as well; the private route is an extra option, never a gate that hides unhappy customers from review sites.
Monitoring covers Google and Facebook in one place. Replies are drafted with AI help and checked before posting, so every review gets a considered response, including the critical ones that future customers tend to read closely. A review widget shows recent feedback on your website, and a monthly report tracks volume, rating and response times.
Who gets the most from it
This works best for local service businesses, clinics, trades, restaurants and retailers, where people choose between nearby options largely on reviews. It cannot fix a real service problem. If the same complaint keeps appearing, the reports will show it, and solving that issue will do more for your rating than any software. Buying reviews or writing fake ones is never part of this service; it breaks platform rules and puts your listing at risk.
Setup takes a few weeks: connecting your booking, invoicing or point-of-sale system so requests go out automatically, writing the request messages in your voice, and adding the review widget to your site. After that, the system runs largely on its own, and your involvement comes down to approving replies and reading a short monthly report.

Frequently asked questions
Can you remove negative reviews?
Reviews can be flagged to the platform if they break its policies, for example spam, off-topic content or reviews from someone who was never a customer. Genuine negative reviews cannot be removed, but a calm, helpful public reply often reassures readers more than a perfect score would.
Will customers find review requests annoying?
Not if they are short, sent at the right moment and not repeated endlessly. Each customer gets one request and at most one reminder. The message is written in your voice and makes clear that leaving a review is entirely optional.
How much does it cost?

Do I own what you build?
