The system behind a multilingual site
Flowmatix builds the technology for multilingual websites and apps. We are not a translation agency, and certified or legal translation is outside our scope. What we deliver is a site that handles several languages properly: a multilingual CMS, translation workflows that combine AI drafts with review by native speakers you or a language partner provide, and multilingual SEO so each language version can be found in search.
Projects begin with a review of your current site, content volume and the markets you are targeting. That shapes the approach: some businesses need every page in every language, others only the pages that matter for a specific market, such as product information and support. We also look at how often content changes, because a site that publishes weekly needs a translation workflow built into its publishing routine, while a mostly static site can be translated once and reviewed periodically.
Localisation, not just translated words
Good localisation goes beyond swapping text. Dates, currencies, addresses, units and forms need to follow local conventions, and layouts need room for languages that run longer than English. For Canadian businesses, French versions often need particular care with terminology and tone, and a Quebec audience may expect different phrasing from a European one.
On the technical side, each language gets its own URL structure and hreflang tags, so search engines show the right version to the right person. Content changes in your main language automatically flag the matching pages for update, and translators work inside the CMS rather than passing spreadsheets back and forth. Projects typically take four to ten weeks.
Choosing the right level of effort
It suits companies selling into multiple language markets, Canadian organisations offering full English and French experiences, and teams publishing content frequently enough that manual translation has become a bottleneck.
If you only need one page or a short brochure translated, a freelance translator is quicker. Machine translation without human review is risky for anything legal, medical or brand-critical, so the workflow always includes a review step for those pages.

Frequently asked questions
Do you translate the content yourselves?
The system creates AI-assisted first drafts, and native-speaker review is done by your staff or a professional translator or agency you choose. Flowmatix builds and maintains the workflow, CMS and SEO setup around that review.
Will a translated site rank in other countries?
It can, if each language version has its own indexable URLs, correct hreflang tags, localised titles and descriptions, and content written for how people search in that language. Translating keywords literally is often not enough, so keyword research is done per language.
How much does it cost?

Do I own what you build?
