Software for HR teams, not an HR service

Flowmatix builds technology for HR departments. It does not provide HR consulting, payroll or employment law advice. The goal is to take repetitive administration off your team's plate so they can spend more time with people. Typical projects include employee and onboarding portals, integrations with HR systems such as BambooHR, Rippling or Workday, onboarding and offboarding automation, AI assistants that answer common policy questions, and people analytics dashboards.

Many HR teams already pay for capable software but use only a fraction of it, because the pieces were never connected. The HR system holds employee records, the identity provider controls logins, payroll lives elsewhere and onboarding happens in emails and checklists. Our work usually focuses on joining those pieces so information is entered once and flows to where it is needed, rather than replacing systems your team already knows. New software is recommended only when the existing tools genuinely cannot do the job.

What gets automated

Onboarding is usually the first target. When a hire is marked as accepted in your HR system, a workflow can create accounts in email and other tools, send forms and policies for signature, schedule first-week meetings and notify IT and the manager. Offboarding reverses the process and removes access on the last day, which closes a common security gap.

An AI policy assistant answers questions like how much vacation remains or what the parental leave policy says, drawing only on your approved documents and showing the source. Sensitive or personal questions are routed to a person. Dashboards pull headcount, turnover and time-to-hire from your HR system into one view. Most projects run four to ten weeks.

Privacy and fit

Employee data is sensitive, so access is role-based, data stays in your chosen systems wherever possible and AI tools are configured not to train on your information. Your HR and legal advisers should still review policies and consent wording.

This work suits companies with enough staff that manual onboarding has become a burden, and HR teams whose systems do not talk to each other. A very small team may be well served by an off-the-shelf HR platform used as designed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect our HRIS to our other tools?

Yes, if the HR system offers an API or supported integration, which most modern platforms do. Common connections include identity providers for account creation, payroll, scheduling and communication tools. We confirm what each system allows before scoping.

Will the AI assistant give employees wrong answers?

It is limited to your approved documents and shows the source for each answer, which reduces the risk of made-up responses. Questions outside its scope, or involving personal circumstances, are passed to your HR team instead of being answered.

How much does it cost?

Every HR Technology project is different, so we don't publish a price list. Answer a few questions in our quote builder and you'll get a personalised plan and estimate — compared with market prices and designed around your budget — in about 3 minutes.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. The code, content, accounts and data are yours. No lock-in — leave any time and we'll help you move.
