From our own work: We built Pulse, a fitness membership and coaching platform concept with member accounts, programs and a progress dashboard, to show how app products should look and behave. Read the Pulse case study.
Infrastructure that matches the application
Plenty of businesses run on cloud setups that grew by accident: a server someone launched years ago, a database nobody dares restart, a monthly bill that keeps creeping up. Others are still on shared hosting that struggles whenever traffic spikes. Cloud solutions work starts by understanding what your application needs in terms of traffic, storage, uptime and data location, then designing the simplest setup on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Vercel that meets those needs.
Where data residency matters, for example for clients with Canadian privacy commitments, we can host in Canadian regions offered by the major providers.
How a cloud project runs
First comes an architecture and cost plan, so you know what you are buying before anything moves. Infrastructure is then written as code with tools such as Terraform, which means the environment can be rebuilt, reviewed and changed without guesswork. Migrations from shared hosting or on-premise servers are rehearsed on a copy first, with a cutover plan that keeps downtime short.
Every environment ships with CI/CD pipelines for safe deployments, monitoring and logging, alerting, and a tested backup and disaster recovery plan. Typical projects take two to eight weeks. Costs are tagged by environment and project, so the monthly bill shows exactly what each part of the system costs.
When the cloud is not the answer
Cloud hosting suits applications with variable traffic, teams that deploy often and businesses that need resilience across locations. It is not automatically cheaper. A small, steady workload can cost more on a hyperscaler than on a simple managed host. If that is your situation, the plan will say so, and a simpler option will be on the table.
Ownership is another consideration. Every account, repository and configuration is created under your organisation, not ours, so you can bring the work in-house or move to another provider without a painful handover. Documentation explains how the environment is laid out, how deployments work and what to do if an alert fires. If you would like ongoing help after launch, monitoring and maintenance can continue under a managed services plan, but it is never a condition of the project.

Frequently asked questions
Which cloud provider should I choose?
It depends on your existing tools, team skills and specific services you need. Companies on Microsoft 365 often lean towards Azure, data-heavy work may suit Google Cloud, and AWS has the widest service range. We recommend one after reviewing your workload rather than by default.
Can you reduce our current cloud bill?
Often, yes. A review usually finds idle resources, oversized servers, unused storage and missing reserved-capacity discounts. We report the findings with estimated effort for each change, so you can decide what is worth doing.
How much does it cost?
Every Cloud Solutions project is different, so we don't publish a price list. Answer a few questions in our quote builder and you'll get a personalised plan and estimate — compared with market prices and designed around your budget — in about 3 minutes.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The code, content, accounts and data are yours. No lock-in — leave any time and we'll help you move.
