A technology team you can call
Somewhere between ten and a hundred staff, many companies hit the same wall. Technology decisions are being made by whoever is most comfortable with computers, accounts are shared, nobody is sure what is backed up and every new tool adds another login. IT services from Flowmatix give you a technical team on call without hiring a full department.
The work covers a technology audit and roadmap, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setup and clean-up, cloud infrastructure, integrations between your business systems and ongoing support plans.
Starting with an audit
Engagements begin by listing what you already have: software subscriptions, devices, accounts, where files live and who has access to what. That inventory usually reveals duplicate tools, former staff who still have access and important data with no backup. The audit becomes a short roadmap ranked by risk and cost, so you fix the urgent items first.
Implementation follows the roadmap. That might mean consolidating email and file storage, enabling multi-factor authentication, connecting your CRM to accounting software or moving an old server to the cloud. Most initial projects take two to eight weeks, after which a support plan can keep things in order. Throughout, changes are explained in plain language, and staff get short guides for anything that affects their daily work, such as signing in with multi-factor authentication or finding shared files in a new location. A technology change only helps if people actually adopt it, so rollouts are timed around your busy periods and supported with a few days of extra help afterwards.
What this is and is not
These services focus on cloud systems, business software, integrations and security hygiene. Hands-on desk support, such as replacing hardware in your office or cabling, is better handled by a local IT technician, and we are happy to work alongside one.
If your company already has an internal IT lead, the same team can act as extra capacity for projects they do not have time for. Either way, the aim is the same: fewer surprises, clear ownership of every system and documentation that lets anyone pick up where the last person left off.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide on-site IT support?
The focus is on cloud, software and systems work delivered remotely, with on-site visits in the Toronto area for planning or specific projects. For day-to-day hardware and in-office support, we recommend pairing with a local technician.
Should we use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Both are capable. Microsoft 365 suits teams that depend on desktop Office apps and Windows management; Google Workspace suits browser-based, collaborative teams. The right choice depends on your existing files, tools and staff habits, which we review before recommending.
How much does it cost?
Every IT Services project is different, so we don't publish a price list. Answer a few questions in our quote builder and you'll get a personalised plan and estimate — compared with market prices and designed around your budget — in about 3 minutes.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The code, content, accounts and data are yours. No lock-in — leave any time and we'll help you move.
