Built for brokerages, agents and developers
Flowmatix builds technology for the real estate industry. We are not a brokerage and do not represent buyers or sellers. Our work is the digital system around your business: brokerage and agent websites, listing feed integration through IDX or your board's data service, pre-construction project sites, lead capture connected to your CRM, and AI-assisted follow-up for new inquiries.
Every build starts with how your business actually wins clients. A brokerage focused on luxury homes needs rich property storytelling and neighbourhood pages, while a team doing high-volume resale needs fast search and quick lead routing. A developer selling a pre-construction project needs a registration funnel and launch updates. We plan the site, data and follow-up around that model, and make sure your agents can update content and listings without needing a developer for every change.
Where leads are won or lost
Real estate inquiries are time-sensitive. Someone looking at a listing on a Sunday evening is often also looking at three others, and the agent who replies first with something useful has an advantage. The systems we build focus on that moment. Listing pages load quickly on phones, search filters match how buyers actually think, and every inquiry form sends the lead straight into your CRM with the property, source and preferences attached.
From there, automated follow-up can acknowledge the inquiry immediately, share similar listings and offer viewing times, while routing serious leads to the right agent. An AI assistant can answer factual questions about a listing or project, then hand over to a person for anything involving advice or negotiation. For pre-construction projects, a dedicated site with floor plans, registration and launch updates collects interest before sales open. Projects typically take four to ten weeks.
Rules, data and fit
Listing data comes with conditions set by your real estate board or data provider, covering display, attribution and refresh. We build to those requirements, and your brokerage remains responsible for approvals and compliance with your regulator's advertising rules.
This suits brokerages and teams that want their own lead flow rather than relying entirely on portals. A solo agent with a light pipeline may get more from a well-run CRM template than a custom build.

Frequently asked questions
Can you add MLS listings to my website?
Yes, through an IDX or data feed provided by your real estate board, once your brokerage has the required agreement. We handle the integration and display, following the board's rules on attribution, disclaimers and data refresh.
Which CRM do you integrate with?
Common choices include Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Lofty and Salesforce, among others. Any CRM with an API or supported integration can usually receive leads from your site. We confirm the connection during scoping.
How much does it cost?
Every Real Estate Technology project is different, so we don't publish a price list. Answer a few questions in our quote builder and you'll get a personalised plan and estimate — compared with market prices and designed around your budget — in about 3 minutes.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The code, content, accounts and data are yours. No lock-in — leave any time and we'll help you move.
