Websites & Lead Generation for Dealerships and Auto Businesses

Dealership websites with live inventory, finance calculators, CRM-connected lead forms, Google Ads and AI follow-up for car dealers and auto shops in the GTA.

Industries · Automotive

Car buyers research online for weeks before they visit a lot, and service customers compare shops on the map before they book an oil change. Dealerships and auto businesses that show live inventory, honest pricing and fast replies earn the visit. Flowmatix builds the website, lead capture and follow-up that turn browsers into appointments, for dealers, independent repair shops, collision centres and detailers.

The problems we solve

Inventory that's out of date

Nothing burns trust faster than enquiring about a car that sold last week. Automated inventory feeds keep listings, photos and prices in sync with your dealer management system, and sold units drop off the site without anyone remembering to delete them.

Leads that go cold

A buyer who submits a form at 9 p.m. is usually comparing three dealers that night. Every enquiry flows into your CRM, and an AI assistant replies within seconds: answering questions about the vehicle, collecting trade-in details and offering test-drive times. Your sales team picks up a warm conversation in the morning instead of a stale form.

Paying for clicks that don't sell cars

Google Ads and Meta campaigns are tracked to calls, form fills and booked appointments, so budget moves toward the models, trims and postal codes that actually convert.

Service bays booked by phone tag

Repair and collision customers want to pick a time, describe the problem and get a reminder. Online service booking with automatic confirmations frees your service advisors for the customers standing at the counter.

What we build

  • Dealership websites with searchable live inventory and vehicle detail pages
  • Payment and finance calculators that show assumptions clearly
  • CRM-connected lead, trade-in and credit pre-qualification forms
  • AI chat and SMS follow-up for after-hours enquiries
  • Google Ads, vehicle listing and Meta campaigns
  • Service department booking for repair, collision and detailing shops

What a strong automotive website needs

Automotive shoppers are comparison machines. The site that makes comparison easy, and doesn't hide anything, gets the appointment.

  • Vehicle detail pages that answer everything. Twenty-plus real photos, the full spec, history report link, the all-in price and a clear way to ask about that exact unit. Structured data through schema markup helps search engines understand each listing.
  • Filters people actually use. Make, model, price, kilometres, body style, drivetrain and fuel type, fast on a phone.
  • Trust signals. Your OMVIC registration, real staff photos, reviews, warranty terms and how long you have served the area, if you can state it honestly.
  • Trade-in and finance tools. Calculators that show the rate, term and fees used, so the number on screen does not change unpleasantly at the desk.
  • Service pages by job. Brakes, tires, diagnostics, collision repair, each with what to expect, plus online booking.
  • Integrations. DMS and inventory feeds, CRM, call tracking and your booking tool, connected through our CRM integration work.

Rules and privacy to get right

Automotive is one of the more heavily regulated retail categories in Ontario, and the rules reach your website directly.

  • All-in price advertising. OMVIC requires registered dealers to advertise a price that includes all fees and charges they intend to collect, with only HST and licensing excluded. That covers freight, PDI, administration fees and pre-installed products, and it applies to websites and social media. See OMVIC's all-in pricing rules. Your inventory feed and payment calculator should pull the all-in figure, not MSRP.
  • Repair estimates. Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, repair shops generally must provide a written estimate before charging, and the final bill cannot exceed it by more than 10 per cent. Ontario's guide for auto repair businesses lists what an estimate must include. Online booking forms should set that expectation rather than promise a fixed price.
  • Drip pricing. The federal Competition Act treats advertising a price that leaves out mandatory fees as misleading. The Competition Bureau has taken action on this, including its 2025 case against DoorDash.
  • Credit applications and privacy. Pre-qualification forms collect income, address history and sometimes SINs. Under PIPEDA, collect only what the lender needs, explain why, and protect it in transit and at rest.
  • Follow-up texts and emails. Promotional SMS and email need CASL consent and an unsubscribe option. A reply to a specific enquiry is treated differently from a monthly promotion.
  • Accessibility. Dealer groups with 50 or more Ontario employees must meet WCAG 2.0 AA under the AODA.

This is general information, not legal advice. OMVIC offers advertising reviews if you are unsure about a specific ad.

Your first 90 days

  1. Days 1 to 30: fix the data. Audit the inventory feed for pricing accuracy, photos and sold units. Set up call tracking and conversion events so every lead source is measured from day one.
  2. Days 31 to 60: speed up the response. Route all forms and chats into the CRM, switch on instant AI replies for after-hours leads and set a target response time for the sales team. Why speed to lead decides who wins explains the reasoning.
  3. Days 61 to 90: tune the spend. With clean tracking, shift Google and Meta budget to the inventory and areas that produce appointments, and launch online service booking.

Common questions

Can you connect our inventory feed?

Yes. We integrate with common dealer management and inventory feed providers so listings, prices and photos update automatically.

Will the AI assistant quote prices or negotiate?

Only within rules you set. It can share the advertised all-in price and book appointments, and it hands negotiation, finance terms and anything unusual to a person.

Do you work with independent repair shops, not just dealers?

Yes. For repair and collision shops the focus shifts to local search, service pages, reviews and online booking.

Can you manage our ads as well as the site?

Yes, through our Google Ads management, tracked to booked appointments rather than clicks.
