Websites & Lead Generation for Cleaning Companies

Websites, instant quote forms, local SEO, Google Ads and booking automation for residential and commercial cleaning companies in the GTA.

Industries · Cleaning Companies

Cleaning customers want a price and an available date fast. The cleaning company that answers first and makes booking easy usually gets the job, and the one that shows up reliably keeps it for years. Flowmatix builds the website and systems that make you that company, for residential maid services, commercial janitorial firms, carpet and window specialists and move-out crews.

The problems we solve

Quote requests that take hours to answer

By the time you call back after a day of cleans, the customer has booked someone else. Instant quote forms ask for home size, bathrooms, frequency, pets and extras up front, then return a price range or a firm quote straight away based on your own pricing rules.

Scheduling done by phone and text

Juggling crews, keys and time windows over text messages is how double bookings happen. Online booking with automated confirmations, reminders and arrival notices cuts admin and no-shows, and gives your team one schedule to work from.

Recurring clients who drift away

Recurring clients are the backbone of a cleaning business, and they usually leave quietly. Automated rebooking, check-in messages after a missed visit and review requests keep regular customers engaged and grow your rating.

Commercial leads you can't qualify

Office and facility managers need square footage, frequency, scope and insurance details before they can compare bids. A separate commercial enquiry flow collects that information and routes it to whoever prepares proposals.

What we build

  • Fast websites with residential and commercial service pages
  • Instant quote calculators and online booking
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
  • Google Ads and Local Services Ads
  • Review automation
  • AI receptionist for calls and texts while crews are on site

What a strong cleaning company website needs

People are letting strangers into their homes or offices. The site has to make the price clear and the risk feel low.

  • Service pages by type. Standard, deep, move-in or move-out, post-construction, office and Airbnb turnovers, each with a checklist of what is and isn't included.
  • Area pages. One page per city or neighbourhood you actually serve, with local detail rather than swapped town names.
  • Pricing clarity. A calculator or "starting from" figures with the factors that change the price. Hidden extras discovered at the door generate refunds and bad reviews.
  • Trust signals. Insurance, background-check policy, how keys and alarm codes are handled, a satisfaction guarantee you will honour, and real team photos.
  • Booking and payment. Choose a date, add extras, save a card, get reminders. Recurring plans should be the easy default.
  • A conversion-minded layout. Price and booking above the fold on mobile. Small changes here are classic conversion rate optimisation wins.

Rules and privacy to get right

Cleaning has no special licensing regime in Ontario, but the general rules for consumer businesses still apply, and a few matter more than usual because you handle keys, codes and home addresses.

  • Email and text marketing. Promotional messages, such as a spring deep-clean offer, are commercial electronic messages under CASL and need consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe option. The CRTC's CASL FAQ covers the basics.
  • Customer privacy. Addresses, entry instructions, alarm codes and photos of a client's home are personal information under PIPEDA. Store codes in a restricted field, not in shared notes or group chats, and limit who can see them. If you take bookings from Quebec, Law 25 adds obligations such as naming a privacy officer.
  • Tracking your crews. If you use GPS check-ins or job apps that monitor staff, Ontario employers with 25 or more employees must have a written electronic monitoring policy.
  • Prices and reviews. The federal Competition Act treats advertised prices that leave out mandatory fees as misleading, and reviews from staff or paid reviewers without disclosure can also be a problem. Ontario's Consumer Protection Act sets rules for consumer agreements, so recurring-service terms and cancellation policies should be written clearly.
  • Accessibility. Firms with 50 or more Ontario employees must meet WCAG 2.0 AA under the AODA. It is a good standard for everyone else too.

This is general information, not legal advice.

Your first 90 days

  1. Days 1 to 30: answer instantly. Launch the quote calculator and booking, and put an AI receptionist on calls and texts so no lead waits while you are on a job.
  2. Days 31 to 60: own the map. Optimise your Google profile, publish service and area pages and start automated review requests after each clean. Compare Local Services Ads and Google Ads before spending.
  3. Days 61 to 90: protect recurring revenue. Switch on rebooking and missed-visit follow-ups, then track monthly churn of recurring clients.

Common questions

Can customers book recurring cleans online?

Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly bookings with automatic reminders and saved payment details.

Can you show prices on our site?

Yes, if you would like. We can build a quote calculator based on your pricing rules, including extras and minimums.

Do you handle commercial cleaning companies too?

Yes. Commercial sites focus on capability, insurance, coverage area and a proposal request flow rather than instant booking.

What if a customer disputes the clean?

Photo check-ins at the end of each job, stored against the booking, give you a record to review. Paired with a clear re-clean policy on the website, a dispute can become a quick fix instead of a chargeback. Request a quote to see how it would work for your crews.
